WolfDX uses third-party exchange infrastructure . WolfDX does not perform direct KYC and does not request identity documents from users. If a swap is held by the provider, contact support with your transaction ID; we will relay information to our exchange partner.
Our posture
WolfDX is a non-custodial interface to a swap provider. We do not directly perform identity verification or onboarding. We rely on the provider's AML/KYT controls to detect suspicious activity. We do not market the Service as "no KYC guaranteed" — every transaction may be subject to provider-side checks.
When a swap is flagged
If our exchange partner flags your transaction, you may be asked (by the provider, not by WolfDX) for additional information or identity verification before funds are released or refunded. This is between you and the provider; WolfDX has no authority to override provider decisions.
Prohibited activity
You may not use the Service to launder proceeds of crime, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or otherwise violate applicable law. WolfDX may refuse service to any user or transaction at its discretion.
Sanctions
You confirm that you and your counterparties are not on any sanctions list and are not accessing the Service from any sanctioned territory.
