WolfDX is a non-custodial interface to a trusted exchange crypto swap network. We display deposit addresses, track status, and never hold or see your funds.

No. Every swap is executed by our exchange partner on-chain. WolfDX never holds, freezes, or has access to user funds, private keys, or seed phrases.

No registration is required for standard swaps. You can optionally provide an email for status notifications.

On-chain confirmation times vary by network. Bitcoin can take 30–60+ minutes during congestion; faster chains (TRON, Solana, BSC) typically confirm in minutes. The provider may also flag a transaction for AML review.

Crypto on-chain transactions are irreversible. Sending the right token on the wrong network typically results in permanent loss. WolfDX cannot recover funds sent to the wrong network. Always verify both before sending.

For networks that require a memo/tag (XRP, ATOM, EOS, BNB Beacon, etc.), missing the memo can stop the exchange. Contact support with your order ID for manual recovery — it may not be guaranteed.

Yes — our exchange partner may flag specific transactions for review under AML rules. WolfDX does not perform direct KYC. If your swap is held, contact support and we will relay information to the provider.

Every swap has a status page at /swap/status/{your-order-id}. The page auto-refreshes and shows the live status, deposit confirmation, and payout hash.

Both. Floating: final amount depends on the market when the deposit confirms. Fixed: rate is locked at quote time, with a short deposit window. Toggle this in the swap card.

Rate spreads and provider fees are included in the quote shown. WolfDX may receive a referral commission from our exchange partner, reflected in the rate. There are no separate WolfDX fees on top.

Before depositing: yes — simply don't send. After depositing: no, the provider executes once funds are on-chain.

On the relevant blockchain in transit between your wallet → our exchange partner's deposit address → our exchange partner's payout. WolfDX never has custody at any step.
