What we collect
- Swap parameters: coins, networks, amounts, and the payout address you supply.
- Technical data: IP address and user-agent string at the moment a swap is created, to assist support and detect abuse.
- Optional email: only if you provide one for swap notifications. Not required for standard swaps.
What we do not collect
- Government IDs, photos, or identity documents.
- Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials of any kind.
- Custodial balances — we don't hold your funds at any point.
What we share with our exchange partner
To execute a swap we send your swap parameters and your payout address (and refund address, if supplied) to our exchange partner. our exchange partner becomes a data processor for that information.
Cookies & analytics
We use a minimal session cookie required for site operation. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated.
Retention
Swap records and API logs are retained for up to 24 months to satisfy reconciliation, regulatory inquiries, and abuse investigations, then anonymized or deleted.
Your rights
Subject to your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact support@wolfdx.com with proof you control the relevant payout address.
Security
API keys to our exchange partner are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only, SameSite cookies. The site is served over TLS.
