For provider-side issues (held transactions, AML review), we relay to our exchange partner. Resolution timing depends on the provider.

Before contacting support

Include the following

  • Order ID
    Found on your swap status page (the URL has it). Looks like 4f2a1c…be9d.
  • Provider transaction ID
    Shown on the status page once your swap is created.
  • Deposit hash
    The on-chain transaction hash of your deposit, if you have it.
  • Payout address
    The wallet address you entered to receive your funds.
  • Screenshot of the issue
    Helpful but optional. Don't share private keys or seed phrases.
Never share private keys or seed phrases. WolfDX support will never ask for them. Anyone who does is a scammer.
